Strengthening International Ties: A Landmark Visit by the Algerian Ambassador

Today, the Shrimp Hatchery Association of Bangladesh (SHAB) had the distinct honor of hosting the Ambassador of Algeria Dr ABDELOUAHAB SAIDANI to Bangladesh for a meeting and field visit to one of our leading shrimp hatcheries.

During the visit, we showcased Bangladesh’s success in shrimp farming and the pivotal role our hatcheries play in the global seafood market. Inspired by this, the Ambassador emphasized the vast potential for shrimp aquaculture in Algeria.

He invited SHAB to collaborate on establishing a modern shrimp hatchery in Algeria—a step that promises to:
