On 16 November 2025, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) organized by the Shrimp Hatchery Association of Bangladesh (SHAB) was held. The meeting was presided over by SHAB President, former Member of Parliament Mr. Lutfur Rahman Kajal, and conducted by the General Secretary Mr. Gias Uddin. Among others present were the President of the Khulna–Satkhira region Hatchery Association, Dr. Abul Kalam Babla, as well as hatchery owners from Cox’s Bazar, Satkhira, and Khulna.
